Look at this picture, do you know them? I think if you are Korean, your answer is ‘Yes’. If you are not Korean, maybe you don’t know them. Do you wonder their group name? Their group name is ‘Wonder Girls’! Their achievement in Korea is wonder like their group name.

‘Wonder Girls’ is famous idol group in Korea. They sang ‘Tell Me’, this song is retro melody, retro fashion and retro dance. This song became trendy retro style in 2007.

When I am middle school student, they sang ‘Tell Me’. My class mates played the song every lunch and break time on the computer. They sang along and followed ‘Tell Me’ dancing. Besides my class mates, ‘Tell Me’ trendy spread all over the country. Many people wore retro fashion following Wonder Girls. Some people followed Wonder Girls dancing and they posted the remaking dancing video in YouTube. For instance, teacher, police and firefighter dancing versions of ‘Tell Me’ are hits video in YouTube.

After Tell Me album, Wonder Girls keep retro style trendy through album So Hot, Nobody in 2008. As well this song hit on a national scale. Nowadays they decrease popularity. However I know that many people remember they are still retro queen.
